After privatisation, Riboteks started a new business cycle. Having made significant investments in the technical and technological infrastructure and modernisation of the fish farm, in 2007, it put into operation one of the most modern hatcheries in this part of Europe, with the previous hatchery pond being adapted into a modern nursery.
One of the most significant investments has undoubtedly been the installation of a modern water aeration system, which has solved the problem of the varying water regime. By the use of liquid oxygen, the insufficient quantity of water in the summer and the autumn has been compensated and the continuity of production throughout the year has been enabled. Investments in the production sector have resulted in considerably higher and stable production, which has multiplied several times compared to the period before joining Victoria Group.
